Gardai are advising motorists heading to Castlebar tomorrow (Sunday) for the big match to arrive in plenty of time with around 28,000 spectators expected at MacHale Park.

Castlebar Garda Superintendent Joe McKenna says from 1pm until 8pm it will be extremely busy around the County Town.

All approach roads are expected to be extremely busy and patrons are asked to be patient both before the game and afterwards.

Superintendent McKenna says people should use the car parks and ensure they have no valuables left on display in their cars.
