Sligo Rovers are the latest League of Ireland club to come under financial pressure.

They have been left without a home fixture for 11 weeks following the postponement of Sunday's S-S-E Airtricity League Premier Division clash with table toppers Dundalk.

The tie is being rearranged due to the Lilywhites' progress to the second qualifying round of the Europa League.

The Showgrounds won't host another League match until September and Sligo describe the lack of gate receipts as a clear financial strain.
